Summary: Neti Pot
Comment: I bought this for a friend and she was delighted to receive it. She said both of her daughters also had one and they loved it. I think this is a very good product and really helps clear the sinuses and helps to clear up allergies.

Summary: try it, you’ll like it
Comment: i had been hearing about neti pots for a while, and i finally broke down and ordered one. the first time you use it, it is kinda strange. once you get over the initial feeling of the water going through your nasal passages, it is amazing. i work in a really dusty office and find myself sneezing all of the time while there. i wanted to get the neti pot to cleanse myself of all of the dust. it really works. the directions are easy to follow and it’s not as hard as you think. these have been used for hundreds of years! how bad could it be?

Summary: Doing Neti is “acquired” skill, but this pot helps a long way..
Comment:
Not a lot of people are crazy about doing Neti, specially after they try it once! Very natural to feel “gross”.. :-)

But if you can do it right (hopefully you learn this under watchful eye of Yoga instructor) & stick to doing this regularly, benefits far outweigh the so called “trauma” of the process. You can do your own research on benefits of Neti..

This Pot helps a long way to do it right, of course it is up to you to make sure you follow the right steps, use clean sanitized water & use proper salt etc.

Pot is well designed ,has a correct footprint, easy to clean, easy to hold(just don’t drop it, it will break). As usual you can’t beat Amazon price.

Summary: Simple Solution for Stuffed up Sinuses
Comment: I was pretty weirded out by the idea of a neti pot before I tried this, but I figured I’d give it a shot to see if it helped with allergies. It definitely does, and I’m glad I tried it out.

Neti pots in general – not just this one – clean your sinuses in a simple way. It can be hard to get used to, but what will help make the process more comfortable is to (1) make sure the water is slightly lukewarm and (2) add a little bit of fine salt, thoroughly stirred so it dissolves before you begin. There are some helpful videos on YouTube showing how it’s done.

The value of this Neti pot is just that it’s simple, inexpensive, attractive, and comfortable to hold and use. The spout is wide enough that you can get a good seal even if you have large nostrils.

Summary: My allergies are finally under control!!
Comment: I’ve had allergy problems and allergy attacks almost every spring and summer for the past several years. I’ve gone through Nasonex, Rhinaris, Claritin, Allegra, Zyrtec, other prescription sprays. You name it, I’ve tried it. My girlfriend recommended that I get a Neti Pot and since that day, my sinuses have been much much happier. I used it daily when I had a sinus infection and it cleared up within 5 days, and was gone after about 10 days. I still use it to control my allergies and it works wonders. Who knew salt water would be the solution to such a problem?
Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully; most importantly, do not pinch down on your nose to flush out the excess mucous. That will make things much much worse.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with my Neti Pot.
